Now's the time to follow your dream of opening your own bookstore. We're looking for motivated people to join our franchise community and share our growing success in the dynamic book industry. Franchise opportunities are now available nationally, with new sites opening up all the time.

There are 5 simple steps to becoming a Dymocks Franchise Owner:

1. TALK TO US

Please call us or complete the online enquiry form and we will contact you. If you are deemed a suitable candidate, we'll organise a meeting to discuss the Dymocks business model in more detail.

2. DOCUMENTATION

Once a site is identified we'll provide Prior Disclosure and franchise documentation.

3. INSPECTION

We'll arrange a site inspection and a meeting with the Lessor. You can spend a few days ‘on the job'.

4. INDEPENDENT ADVICE

It is your responsibility to obtain independent financial and legal advice where you review the franchise proposal, the Franchise Agreement and the site at which you propose to open a Dymocks bookstore.

5. FINAL APPROVAL

After signing the Franchise Agreement and successfully completing the initial training, you'll be required to attend a final approval interview with a member of the Dymocks Board. Most of the process doesn't involve any direct cost other than your time and any travel you make to visit stores or receive training. Once you get to step 5 where documents are generated it's necessary to receive a deposit to cover administrative and legal documentation.
