At Dymocks you can shop with confidence.
Items that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided. We are also happy to provide a refund where the goods are returned within 60 days of purchase unused, in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and do not fall within the exceptions * below.
*We do not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on Stationery, Educational Study Aids, Gift Cards, Special Orders, Calendars, Diaries, Bulk Orders or Sale Items. We also do not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on CDs or DVDs where the seal or packaging is not intact.
** Any goods purchased by a customer from any Dymocks store using Afterpay must be returned to the original store of purchase only.
