DISC 1 3.1 THE GHOSTS OF 73 Binghamton has found the perfect solution for getting rid of McHale and his men. By playing on their pet superstitions he plans to spook the crew until they beg for transfers. 3.2 LESTER, THE SKIPPER After telling his girlfriend that he is a Lt. Commander, Gruber is forced to act the part when she makes a surprise visit. Unfortunately it coincides with a mission to assist the British fleet, forcing the uniformed Gruber to assume command. 3.3 ITGÇÖS A MAD, MAD, MAD WAR When Binghamton is instructed to collect the base payroll, he plans to make it as easy as possible for the money to be stolen, believing McHale and his crew will take the bait, leading to their arrest. 3.4 McHALE, THE DESK COMMANDO With the base in a mess and learning the Admiral is arriving for a snap inspection, Binghamton pretends to be ill and puts McHale in charge, hoping the Admiral will blame McHale for the shape of the base and transfer him as punishment. 3.5 McHALEGÇÖS FLOATING HAREM With the impending arrival of a visiting sultan and his three beautiful daughters, Binghamton attempts to get rid of McHale and his men by sending them on a mission. 3.6 LAUGH, CPATAIN, LAUGH McHaleGÇÖs men charge Binghamton up with laughing gas to prevent him from court-martialing Parker. BinghamtonGÇÖs new mood of over-powering joviality is welcomes by everyone GÇô except the Admiral. 3.7 WILL THE REAL ALLIGATOR TAKE THE STAND? A court-martial board tries Parker for the theft of BinghamtonGÇÖs wallet, placing no credence in ParkerGÇÖs statement that the wallet is in the possession of his missing friend SidneyGÇªan alligator! Special Feature DISC 2 3.8 THE BRITISH ALSO HAVE ENSIGNS A British sub-Lieutenant is temporarily assigned to the base, and to BinghamtonGÇÖs horror he turns out to be a bumbling fool responsible for sinking three ships! Assigning him to McHaleGÇÖs unit may be BinghamtonGÇÖs best shot at getting rid of the PT-73 once and for all. 3.9 SENATOR PARKER, SUH! Disappointed at not receiving a promotion, ParkerGÇÖs frustrations are taken out on a dummy resembling Binghamton. But when Parker mistakes the real Binghamton for the dummy, he is promptly arrested when punching the Captain in the face. 3.10 FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH Binghamton, attempting to impress an Admiral with his youth and virility, takes McHale out on a mission which results in the destruction of McHaleGÇÖs secret liquor still, leading the Captain to believe heGÇÖs discovered the fountain of youth. 3.11 IN GREAT ECLIPSE Binghamton sends McHale and his men to sign a treaty with the head-hunters of Monogi Island. Parker inadvertently becomes big medicine to the chief, who promptly organises a wedding with four chubby native girls. 3.12 McHALE AND HIS JET SET The PT-73 is turned into the S.S. Fort Knox with McHale and his men impersonating international playboys in an attempt to save Binghamton from a fate worse than debt. 3.13 CHRISTY GOES TRAVELING McHaleGÇÖs crew put Christy in a sack and mail him to San Diego to see his baby daughter, but his absence becomes hard to conceal when Colonel GÇ£Black JackGÇ¥ Cooper needs his help in planning a commando raid. 3.14 THE MISSING LINK Binghamton assigns Parker as a one-man lookout on an island frequently used by enemy ships for target practice, but is reprieved temporarily by the pleas of BinghamtonGÇÖs niece who is fascinated by the Ensign. DISC 3 3.15 FUJIGÇÖS BIG ROMANCE Fuji accompanies McHaleGÇÖs men to a native luau and falls in love with the chiefGÇÖs daughter. But the course of true love runs rough as the girlGÇÖs jealous boyfriend comes spearing for Fuji. 3.16 THE STOOL PARROT McHaleGÇÖs men are unaware that their pet parrot is blabbing their secret plans to Binghamton. Trusting the birdGÇÖs information implicitly, Binghamton is elated when the parrot indicates McHale and his men are in cahoots with the enemy. 3.17 THE PT-73 FOLLIES Binghamton and Parker are captured by the Japanese when air-dropped onto an island for a rigorous survival test. When McHale and his men are also captured, to stall for time they put on a show for their captors. 3.18 THE TRUTH HURTS When Binghamton orders truth serum shots for McHaleGÇÖs men, he obtains enough evidence to clap them in the brig and gleefully summons the Admiral to officiate at their court-martial. 3.19 THE LATE CAPTAIN BINGHAMTON In the hopes of calming down Binghamton, McHaleGÇÖs men touch up one of his X-rays, with the result that the doctor tells Binghamton he has only 48 hours to live. 3.20 McHALEGÇÖS FLOATING LAUNDROMAT Binghamton assigns Lt. Carpenter as executive officer and spy in the camp of his enemy GÇô McHale. But the move backfires when he re-assigns Parker as the base maintenance officer. 3.21 ALL CHIEFS AND NO INDIANS When Binghamton learns that all chief petty officers are to be shipped out to train new men, he immediately arranges for CPO examinations for McHaleGÇÖs men. But aware of his plans, the crew set out to deliberately goof up the tests. DISC 4 3.22 PUMPKIN TAKES OVER BinghamtonGÇÖs wife pays a surprise visit to Taratupa while the he is in the midst of producing a show starring exotic dancer Suzie Clayton. The plot thickens when the Admiral mistakes the dancer for BinghamtonGÇÖs wife. 3.23 THE SEVEN FACES OF ENSIGN PARKER McHale sets out to spring Parker from the brig, where Binghamton is holding him on charges of grand larceny, by trying to convince the Captain he was hallucinating when he caught Parker with the goods. 3.24 THE RETURN OF MAGGIE Binghamton, ordered to close down Maggie MonahanGÇÖs gambling joint in New Caledonia, cunningly arranges for McHale and his men to be caught in the raid. 3.25 SEND THIS ENSIGN TO CAMP Parker, after a hit on the head, thinks heGÇÖs ten years old and back at Camp Chinnapookie and promptly informs Binghamton heGÇÖs just not going to play war anymore. 3.26 BY THE NUMBERS, PAINT McHaleGÇÖs men sell Binghamton a Gauguin painting, but he suspects chicanery when he finds the paint is still wet. When the crew plead that the painting is the work of GauguinGÇÖs younger brother who is living on a nearby island, Binghamton demands to be shown. 3.27 CHUCKIE COTTONTAIL ParkerGÇÖs Easter Bunny costume, meant to delight native school children, has an opposite effect on a Japanese raiding party who complain by enlisting the aid of forest demons, the Americans are violating the rules of honorable warfare. 3.28 THE GREAT NECKLACE CAPER When a chimpanzee steals the valuable necklace Binghamton has bought for his wife, he charges McHaleGÇÖs men with the theft, even after recovering the necklace in a harrowing tug of war with the chimp. DISC 5 3.29 WILL THE REAL ADMIRAL PLEASE STAND UP? When the Shah of Durani refuses to sign an oil rights agreement unless his friend Parker is made Admiral, Comfleet promotes him to temporary status, and Binghamton soon wishes he had never been born. 3.30 HELLO, McHALE? - - COLONNA! McHaleGÇÖs men meet Jerry Colonna in New Caledonia and the famous World War II troubadour promises to come to Tarratupa and put on a show. But when learning ColonnaGÇÖs tour is limited to bases having at least a 50-bed hospital, the crew takes steps to correct the shortage. 3.31 RUMBLE ON TARATUPA When Binghamton frames McHaleGÇÖs men on a bootlegging charge and throws them in the brig he is soon visited by a menacing mob of gangsters. 3.32 ALL AHEAD, EMPTY Automation threatens to break up that old gang of McHaleGÇÖs thanks to the innovations of electronics wizard Ensign Kwazniak, who plans to make the PT-73 operate on its own. 3.33 THE VAMPIRA OF TARATUPA Parker impersonates Dracula and enlists the aid of the Hunchback of Notre Dame, the Phantom of the Opera, the Mummy, the Wolf Man, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon to escape from BinghamtonGÇÖs clutches when the Captain learns Parker is the only man in the South Pacific with the same blood type. 3.34 BIRTH OF A SALESMAN In order to impress insurance tycoon Lieutenant Jason Whitworth, Binghamton conducts a forced sale of insurance policies to McHaleGÇÖs men. But the plan backfires when McHale and his crew are reported killed in an engagement with the enemy. 3.35 A STAR FALLS ON TARATUPA Publicity-hungry movie star, Mimi St. Clair, comes to Taratupa and secretly plans to be marooned on an island with McHale and his men. Binghamton gets rid of McHale by sending the crew to reconnoiter a deserted island while he shows off Mimi at a party, but she stows away on the PT-73. 3.36 MAKE ROOM FOR ORVIE Seaman Orvie Tuttle is assigned by Binghamton to spy on McHale and his men. But the young sailor is faced with an ethical choice GÇô whether to be loyal to his new friends of let the Captain know that a chimpanzee has run off with the PT-73 and engaged the enemy.
