Great Weight Loss Plan
As a former patient of Dr Fuller's, I followed the plan outlined in this book under Dr Fuller's guidance 5 years ago. On this program I lost 20kgs over a 2 year period and I've kept it off this whole time. I am proof that this program works.

Working in the health industry for years this book came across my desk and you see a lot of fad diet books come and go but it's good to finally see a respected man in the obesity field put his years of knowledge on paper, that will actually help the general public. Interval Weight Loss is easy to read, is not celebrity promoting, and comes from one of the best obesity researchers to come out of Australia in the last 10 years. Interval Weight Loss is smart, easy to implement, and will help millions of people. I would recommend Interval Weight Loss to anyone who wants to lose weight and keep it off, and change their lifestyle for good. 5 stars.

Great read, it’s a breath of fresh air to see a diet that is based of scientific research rather than a celebrities ‘game-changing’ ideas. My nature and mentality has never enabled me to stick to any of the crazy restrictive diets, so I’m excited to give the interval Weight-loss diet a go!
Even through Dr Fuller uses scientific principles and research, this book was accessible for all (even my mind which isn’t that way inclined). Looking forward to the coming months as I implement Dr Fullers recommendations into my lifestyle!

I read this book as a draft copy and was impressed with how well an academic could adapt their writing style and translate research (which usually ends up only in scientific journals) and make it accessible to the general public.

An insightful read
An insightful read for everyone interested in dropping a few kegs and keeping them off. The doc's bod is in tip-top shape and in this book he shares decades of research into nutrition and health.

More than weight loss
Interval Weight Loss is a no nonsense and to the point guide that isn't just about losing weight. It advocates a wholistic approach to health that will not only assist in improving physical wellbeing but also state of mind. As a nutritionist and an athlete, it's clear that Dr Nick is a man who practices what he preaches.

Easy read that was very informative
A great and simple read, the beauty of this book is that it cleared up all my confusion regarding everything lifestyle related.
I have started my new journey and I am thoroughly enjoying it.

Informative Must read
This book is well written, informative and easy to understand. It was so easy and enjoyable to read I could not put it down. I found it very inspiring and it has encouraged me to follow the interval weight loss plan and live a healthy lifestyle.

Great book, after attempting many "fad diets" I read this book and realised it is going to help me sustain a healthy lifestyle and allow me to keep all my unwanted extra weight off for good. I feel very lucky to have access to one of the leading obesity researchers for this price.

What a delightful & educational read from an inspirational expert
This was a delight to read and I am grateful that I saw this inspirational and gorgeous man on national television explaining his book. This is the only book I have read in the health and wellbeing category that has been useful. It is educational, yet also very practical. I have never related to a book so closely as this and I have no doubt that it will go on to help millions of people that have been struggling like me. Not only did it clear up all my misconceptions surrounding all things lifestyle (particularly food and exercise) but it has given me hope. I start my new journey and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Watch this space!
I saw Dr Nick Fuller for the first time recently on TV. The man is clearly in peak physical condition, so when he was talking about losing weight and keeping it off for good, I knew I had to listen. A quick google search showed how qualified Dr Fuller is, which proved I was right.
My copy of Interval Weight Loss arrived recently and I haven't been able
to put it down. It's simple to read and the plan sounds like it would be very easy to sustain.
So if you'll excuse me, I'm off to lose some weight!

The Dr is spot on!
Dr Nick Fuller has put his considerable knowledge to paper and has hit the nail on the head by stripping away all elements of unhealthy short-term fad diets and has created a sound scientific approach that combines nutrition and weight loss in a long-term achievable fashion that can actually compliment a 'real world' lifestyle. A great read for people who wish to empower nutrition and weight loss in their lifestyle with ease! Dr Fuller is one to watch.

A wonderful and simplistic read
This is a wonderful and easy read - all my friends have been following this and I decided to join the bandwagon. This guy is everywhere - TV, radio, newspaper. All the science is easy to understand and putting the plan into place is even easier. Dr Fuller makes clear sense with this message. My girlfriends and I have started an Interval Weight Loss group. We also check in occasionally to report on our progress on the Dr Nick Fuller Interval Weight Loss Facebook page, and I also just signed up to be a patient for his TV show :)

Six Kilos Down
I bought this book in August last year hoping to lose about 20kg. I have always been heavy, so I have read my fair share of weight loss books and have tried all sorts of weight loss plans and diets. I can honestly say that the plan outlined in this book is by the far the most sensible and easy to follow that I have ever seen. So far I have lost 6 kilos and as this plan is so easy to stick to, I am confident that I will reach my weight loss goals and finally keep the weight off for good.

I have heard Dr Fuller a few times on the radio and I am grateful to have finally purchased this book. The principles in here have helped me over the last few months feel healthier and keep weight off. There are some great recipes and I highlighted quite a lot of it and have re read quite a few chapters so it sinks in.
Well worth the $20, highly recommend it.
