    Westfield Fountain Gate is the largest discount department store-based shopping centre in Melbourne. It is located approximately 45km south-east of the CBD in one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities. The centre is directly accessible from the Princes Highway and the Monash Freeway.
    Covering two levels, Westfield Fountain Gate offers seven major stores, nearly 300 specialty stores, two food courts and parking for more than 5,000 cars. It also incorporates an entertainment leisure precinct including a 10-screen Village Cinemas, restaurants and a nightclub.
    The centre offers an innovative external homemaker centre including Freedom Furniture, Officeworks, Ray’s Outdoors and Rebel Sport.
    Dymocks are offering a site of approximately 230 square meters. The store has traded as a book store until recently and comes with its own goodwill along with fixtures and fittings. Centre management has advised us that the Angus & Robertson is closing. That money needs to be spent somewhere why not in your new Dymocks store?
