That’s why I’d like to take this opportunity to tell you a little more about joining the Dymocks Franchise Owner network.

Customer service is the key.
So to help you get started, we run an initial training program covering all of our systems and processes.
Then we have a retail operations team, structured on a regional basis, to provide you with ongoing support, as well as a team at head office.
Our well-executed, centralised national marketing program supports the brand throughout the year and we offer advice for local market advertising activity and promotions.
The regional Franchise Owner meetings and our annual conference provide opportunities to share knowledge and experience as you “network” with your fellow Franchise Owners.
But perhaps one of the most exciting things about becoming a Dymocks Franchise Owner is that it provides the best of both worlds: the independence that comes with ownership of a business while being part of a greater team.
