| Dymocks'
Tradition of Excellence |
| Dymocks has a long
tradition of excellence in bookselling and I am proud to carry on
the tradition established in Australia by my great uncle, William
Dymock, in 1879.
Retail bookselling is an
exciting and challenging occupation, combining an ever-changing
product range and daily interaction with many different people. |

|
| Dymocks is
customer-oriented. We believe in caring for our customers and in
providing them with friendly, reliable and knowledgeable service. We
also believe in being the best.
Dymocks has a solid financial base
with a management team and retail technology focussed on
anticipating and satisfying customers' needs. At
Dymocks we use the term Franchise Owners not Franchisees to
emphasise the fact that you have responsibility for managing your
own business. This is based on the concept of working together as a
champion team and not a team of champions which we see as
fundamental to our success. We
would like to explain to you how we operate and the opportunities
you have as a Dymocks Franchise Owner. John
Forsyth
Chairman
Dymocks Group of Companies. |
