How do I purchase digital books?
Digital books can be purchased via www.dymocks.com.au in the same way any physical products can be – the key difference is that you must join our Booklover loyalty program. Simply visit our website and search, browse and select your digital titles. Payment can be made via credit card.
Which download format should I use?
There are three formats to choose from: Microsoft Reader, Mobipocket
Reader and Adobe Reader.

What is required to read a digital book?
All you need is your PC, laptop or hand held device and the free Reader
software. We offer digital books in three different formats; Microsoft,
Mobipocket and Adobe, and each has it's own Reader software. We will provide
you with a link to download the appropriate Reader software free of charge
when you make a purchase.
Is my device compatible?
This depends on which operating system is running on your hand held.
Your operating system may even be compatible with more than one Reader.

Once I have purchased my digital book, will
it always be available?
Yes, once you have purchased the digital book it is yours. The title
is stored on your bookshelf and you can access it at any time by logging
in with your Booklover username and password.
How long does it take to download a digital
book?
It depends on your internet connection and the size of the file, but
you should be able to access your digital book in under 10 minutes.
