REFUND POLICY
At Dymocks we will happily exchange or refund, within 60 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase from any Dymocks bookstore and do not fall within the special exceptions* below.
*Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refunds on Educational Study Aids, Gift Cards, Special Orders, Calendars or Diaries, Sale items, CD's or DVD's unless the seal is intact. Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is faulty, does not do what it's supposed to do, or is significantly different to that shown or described to you.
RETURN ITEMS
To return something you must first tell us. We we will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
