PAYMENT TYPES

You can pay by credit card, Dymocks Booklover points or by using a Dymocks gift card. More information on each of these methods can be found below.

Unfortunately we no longer accept cheques or money orders.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept payment with the following credit cards:

• MasterCard
• Visa
• American Express
• Diners Club

During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be sent to you, and we automatically delete your credit card details when your order is complete, so we hold your details for the shortest possible time.

CVV NUMBER

A credit card verification (CVV) number is a special number located on a credit card that helps verify that the credit card is being used by the correct owner of the card.

Visa & MasterCard: This number is printed on your cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card).

American Express: This number is printed on the front of your card. (It is the last 4 digits).

GIFT CARDS & GIFT VOUCHERS

We accept Dymocks Gift Cards as payment for Dymocks Online orders. During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a gift card. You will also be required to enter Credit Card Details on the payment page even if the total value of your order is covered by the gift card. In the instance that the gift card failed or did not have sufficient funds, we will than charge your credit card. We can not issue refunds if your order value is less than your gift voucher value. Terms and Conditions of Use

e-Gift Codes expire 12 months from the date of issue. The e-Gift Code is partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the 12 month validity period.
Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the e-Gift Code balance.

Dymocks accepts e-Gift Codes as payment for Dymocks Online orders. During the checkout process simply choose to pay with an e-Gift Code. BOOKLOVER POINTS

To use your earned Booklover Rewards points for your online order, you will need to link your online account to your Booklover Rewards number when entering your payment details. Just enter your 16 digit Booklover Rewards number and your Booklover Rewards password if the email address is different to your online account.

The minimum Booklover Rewards redemption amount is $5.00. Please note that even if your Booklover Rewards points cover the total value of the order, you will still be required to enter you credit card details. In the instance that the gift card failed or did not have sufficient funds, we will than charge your credit card. Please note that any payments for your order will only be taken once the order is ready to be shipped.

Your earn five points for every dollar you spend. Points accumulate every time you shop and can be redeemed on your next purchase. For example, when you spend $100, you will earn 500 points, which allows you to redeem $5 off your next purchase. Please note, points are added to your account at the time your order is shipped.

It is necessary for you to register your Booklover Rewards card, before your online points can be applied.
